Description :	Deux claviers de 54 notes. A sa création en 1852, l'instrument comportait deux claviers et sept jeux puis reçut ces jeux complémentaires peu de temps après.

Historique :	L'orgue actuel fut construit pour la chapelle Saint-Joseph de Saint-Pol-de-Léon en 1852 par le facteur Heyer de Quimper et inauguré le 15 août 1852. Il fut acheté par la paroisse de Plougasnou en 1872 et installé dans la tribune, en fond de nef. Mis à part de simples réparations effectuées par Firmin en 1909 et Gloton en 1924, l'orgue est resté dans son état d'origine.
