Bâtie en 1965-66 dans un site superbe dominant la rivière de Morlaix, la maison Kerautem est une des réalisations les plus abouties de Le Flanchec (1915-1986). Conçue pour une famille d'aristocrates qui désiraient un manoir futuriste, elle est conçue selon le système du plan libre, qui met l'accent sur les plans horizontaux définissant l'espace. Mais l'hommage manifeste à Le Corbusier n'a pas entravé la liberté créatrice de l'architecte. Largement ouverte sur l'extérieur avec ses murs réduits au minimum, la demeure s'épanouit librement entre son socle et son toit-terrasse hérissé de cheminées et canons de lumière, qui évoquent le chaos minéral sur lequel elle se fonde.Classement monument historique :
