duo for a Job met en contact des jeunes chercheurs d'emploi issus de l'immigration avec des personnes de plus de 50 ans, expérimentes, idéalement du même secteur professionnel, afin que ces dernières les accompagnent dans leur recherche d'emploi ; Une fois mis en duo, le jeune et son mentor se rencontrent une fois par semaine pendant 6 mois ; Pour ce faire, l'association veille a faire régner un climat de respect afin de permettre la rencontre intergénérationnelle et interculturelle ; Elle est des lors une plateforme de rencontre et d’échange, qui facilite le contact entre les générations ; Enfin, l'association sensibilise la population aux différents thèmes directement lies a ces publics (inégalités d’accès a l'emploi, vieillissement actif, discrimination, racisme, etc ; )
