accompagner un projet cinématographique et ou audiovisuel de sa conception à sa diffusion, ce qui comprend le développement de l'écriture, la production, la diffusion et la valorisation de l'œuvre ; développer de vraies collaborations avec les auteurs en s'impliquant dans le développement du projet et en créant un terrain d'échanges avec les auteurs ; porter des projets engagés, passionnés, donner une existence et une vie à des désirs d'images d'auteurs ; défendre des films qui ne pourraient pas prétendre à une production et une diffusion commerciale aux vues de la situation actuelle du marché ; penser un mode de production et de diffusion alternatif, à moindre coût, tourné vers l'associatif et les réseaux impliqués ; accompagner un film sur la durée, le faire vivre auprès du public ; soutenir des premiers films qui ont des difficultés à être financés et continuer à accompagner les auteurs dans leur création
