Objet :

organisation et l'animation de travaux entre des personnes de bonne volonté, dont des enseignants, chercheurs, étudiants, apprenants, professionnels, acteurs de la société civile, et toutes personnes montrant son intérêt dans les sujets traités ; ces travaux sont des études, des projets, des explorations et des expérimentations, dans tous champs d'action et de réflexion, et notamment dans les domaines des activités artistiques et culturelles, de la communication et de l'information, de l'animation et l'action sociétale, de l'entrepreneuriat et des innovations économiques, technologiques, territoriales, pédagogiques, écologiques et socio-comportementales ; l'association a pour objet d'amorcer, héberger, concevoir, soutenir, promouvoir, financer, commercialiser et représenter les projets correspondant à ces champs d'action et de réflexion ;  l'association se veut une structure permettant d'amorcer des activités qui ont vocation par la suite à s'autonomiser, notamment par la constitution de personnes morales dédiées ;  l'association a notamment vocation à mobiliser toutes ressources humaines, matérielles et financières afin de servir au mieux les projets qu'elle porte ; dans ce cadre, elle a pouvoir de passer des accords avec toute personne physique ou morale et d'organiser tous types de manifestations pour atteindre ses objectifs
