Objet :

imaginer et impulser une action permanente et innovante en faveur de la facture des enfants et des jeunes par la promotion du livre et de la presse jeunesse, de la littérature et des nouvelles technologies afférentes, principalement dans le département de la Seine-Saint-Denis. La diversité des actions de l'association s'étend également aux territoires métropolitain, national et européen. Cette mission se réalise en collaboration avec les professionnels et usagers, les collectivités publiques et les forces culturelles concernés. Le projet est protéiforme mais reste centré autour d'un but commun ; permettre au plus grand nombre de fréquenter une littérature de jeunesse de qualité et de son temps
