maintenir un lien d'entraide de toutes nature,de soutien,de cohésion,entre les familles des quartiers de la noue et de clos français l'organisation des évènements culturelles,sportifs,rencontre,aide pour toutes les démarches, administrative,judiciaire,commerciale aux familles en besoin;l'organisation des cours de soutien aux enfants en difficultés scolaire et des cours d'alphabétisation aux adultes l'organisation de voyages culturelles,éducative,pour les enfants pendant les vacances scolaire;demande de salle auprès de toutes autorités administratives,afin de promouvoir des évènements culturelles dans le cadre de ces activités;sensibilisation des jeunes par le biais de réunion en vue d'une prise de conscience sur leur avenir,leur place dans la société;jouer un rôle de médiateur des conflits dans le quartier;soutenir toute action d'aide au développement économique en zone rural d'afrique
