Objet :

fédérer et mettre en cohérence l'ensemble des moyens existants sur le territoire de Pantin, les Lilas, le Pré Saint Gervais, afin de favoriser l'accès et le retour à l'emploi des personnes les plus en difficulté, jeunes ou adultes ; elle poursuit l'insertion sociale économique de ces populations en veillant à assurer un emploi d'insertion qualifiant, une formation adaptée, un accompagnement social et professionnel individualisé, un accès à l'emploi durable; cette action s'inscrit notamment dans le cadre du plan local pour l'insertion PLIE, prévu par la loi du 29 juillet 1998 relative ç la lutte contre les exclusions et dont le cadre est fixé par la circulaire DGEFP 99/40 du 21 décembre 1999, dont elle assure la mise en oeuvre; l'association mobilisera les concours financiers, matériels, techniques et humains des partenaires institutionnels et privés qui agissent ou souhaitent agir dans le cadre d'interventions pré-citées
