organiser le recours à la médiation notariale en fixant les modalités d'intervention des médiateurs et en assurant leur formation, agréer les médiateurs exerçant au sein de l'Association, arrêter la liste des médiateurs à transmettre aux différentes juridictions, centraliser les demandes de médiation judiciaire, désigner à la demande des médiés ou du juge un membre de l'Association pour effectuer une médiation judiciaire, établir si nécessaire un règlement intérieur et une charte déontologique du médiateur et de veiller à leur respect, régler tout conflit susceptible de naître à l'occasion de l'activité de médiation, oeuvrer à la promotion et au développement de la médiation, nouer et développer des partenariats en vue d'assurer le développement de la médiation
