unir dans l'amitié et la solidarité de touts les ressortissants de Mutsamudu en France quelque soit son origine, sa race et sa religion pour la bonne intégration de notre ville, recueillir et diffuser toute information visant à lutter contre l'alphabétisation et l'illettrisme, développer des échanges culturels entre les associations ayant les mêmes objectifs,de s'intéresser à la rénovation des oeuvres culturelles et des monuments, à la création des centres d'animation pour les Mutsamudiens (es), approcher son soutien suivant ses moyens à toute idée visant à lutter contre les grands risques naturels tel que épidémies de famines...dans notre îles,d'encourager la mise en place de cycles d'animation éducative et toute manifestation culturelle et artistique
