de renforcer l'audience et l'action de la fnoms ; au niveau régional, de diffuser les informations d'ordre fédéral, régional et fournir toute information intéressant la fnoms et ses adhérents ; d'aider à mettre en œuvre, à l'échelon régional, le projet fédéral de la fnoms, d'établir et faire le suivi de son pst (projet sportif territorial de la région) de participer activement à la préparation des congrès nationaux ; de favoriser et d'aider à la création de nouveaux offices : os, oms, ois ots etc ; de favoriser des contacts plus étroits entre les structures de concertation qu'il représente avec les élus régionaux, territoriaux, drjscs, cros, avec tous les acteurs du sport, de la santé, de l'éducation, de la jeunesse, du social, etc ; d'aider à animer la vie des structures en organisant des journées d'informations fédérales ou des rendez-vous régionaux, de faire remonter toutes les informations régionales à la fédération ; de stimuler les structures en sommeil et venir en aide à celles en difficulté
