rassembler l'ensemble des organismes concentrateurs techniques (oct) afin d'être un acteur reconnu auprès des professionnels de santé, de leurs éditeurs de logiciel, du gie sesam vitale ainsi que des organismes d'assurance maladie obligatoire et complémentaire ; l'association entend asseoir les services historiques de ses membres dans le processus de télétransmission et de sécurisation et faciliter leur développement en proposant les meilleures solutions techniques pour faire évoluer les solutions existantes et exprimer tout avis et conseil à destination des autorités publiques ; l'association entend permettre à tous les professionnels de santé de déléguer facilement auprès des oct tout ou partie du processus d'échange avec les organismes d'assurance maladie pour simplifier et optimiser leurs activités autour du tiers-payant dans le strict respect de la liberté de choix de ces professionnels de santé
