participer à la vie institutionnelle de l'école (Conseil d'École, commissions périscolaires, ) et représenter l'ensemble des parents d'élèves de l'école Pierre Curie d'Arras auprès des établissements scolaires, du corps enseignant, des autorités académiques, du rectorat, des collectivités locales, des pouvoirs publics et de tout organisme concerné ; veiller au maintien d'un idéal laïque en promouvant un service national public d'éducation gratuit, en respectant toutes familles de pensées sans en privilégier aucune, et en se souciant d'apporter, à chacun des élèves, le plus complet épanouissement de sa personnalité et les meilleurs chances d'insertion sociale ; assurer une liaison permanente entre tous les personnels de l'école et les parents d'élèves, favoriser et faciliter les rapports individuels et collectifs entre eux, tout en s'évertuant à créer un climat de confiance réciproque
