aider les associations de protection animale à mener à bien leurs missions en leurs réservant des gains financiers ou matériels ; promouvoir la protection des chats errants ou abandonnés ; identifier, vacciner, stériliser ces chats et chatons et tout autre animal ; héberger ces chats en famille d'accueil et les faire adopter sous contrat associatif pour les plus sociables, pour les non sociables, les identifier afin qu'ils puissent acquérir le statut de chat libres avec avec relâche sur site suivi par des bénévoles ; apporter une aide matérielle et morale aux nourrisseurs ; venir en aide aux personnes démunies pour la stérilisation et les soins de leurs animaux, selon leurs moyens en leur proposant un tarif associatif (après étude des moyens du particulier) en réglant une partie du montant de la stérilisation et des soins
