Objet :

donner du sens à la citoyenneté en confortant et en mobilisant les habitants des quartiers de la géographie prioritaire de la politique de la ville de Wattrelos à s'intéresser et à participer à la vie locale en vue d'améliorer le quotidien et la dynamique de leur quartier ; elle veut favoriser l'émergence et la valorisation d'une expression libre, constructive et réfléchies en impliquant les habitants, y compris les plus éloignés de la citoyenneté active ainsi que les partenaires professionnels intervenant sur les quartiers et les associations locales ; elle s'attachera à porter l'expertise partagée entre les habitants, usagers des quartiers, les partenaires locaux qui y sont engagés, les collectivités territoriales et l'Etat ; l'association QCQ œuvre à la cohérence et à la complémentarité des actions entre tous les acteurs, au service de l'intérêt général du quartier ; elle s'implique en particulier sur le suivi et l'évaluation du contrat de ville
