soutenir, d'accompagner, et de promouvoir le développement de la maison d'accueil spécialisée de Kinshasa, en République Démocratique du Congo ; cette maison spécialisée accueille des enfants orphelins abandonnés, maltraités et nécessitant des soins quotidiens ; l'objectif est de donner à ses enfants une dignité, une valeur, une identité et l'opportunité d'une enfance le plus proche possible de la normalité ; l’idée reste de faciliter leur socialisation ; pour ce faire, Sourire d'Enfant aura pour tâche d'apporter une aide matérielle, médicale, spirituelle, morale et éducative ; l'association ne présente aucune activité politique ; les valeurs de l'association sont représentées par la dignité, la droiture, l'équité, la bientraitance, la valorisation ; elles prônent le partage, l'honnêteté, l'empathie, la solidarité, la compassion envers autrui
