regrouper les associations d'aides à domiciles adhérentes à ADESSA A DOMICILE implantées ou intervenant dans les Hauts-de-France afin d'assurer leur représentation et de défendre leurs intérêts auprès des collectivités territoriales existant au nieau des départements et de la région ; coordonner les efforts des associations afin de défendre leurs intérêts matériels et moraux, mais aussi les valeurs qui sous-tendent leur action ; promouvoir la diversité et le développement de leurs activités après des publics bénéficiaires, de susciter et d'aider au regroupement, à la création et au développement d'associations ayant pour objet l'accompagnement, le soin et les services à domicile ; participer aux projets et actions proposées dans le cadre de l'association "les inséparables" ; faciliter par tous moyens appropriés la formation et l'information des bénévoles et salariés
