Micro-Stop est un nouveau moyen de transport collectif basé sur la valorisation des places disponibles dans le flot de voiture en circulation ; cette association a pour objet d'aider au développement du Micro-Stop, ceci par tout moyen dont : développer le Micro-Stop dans le Nord Pas-de-Calais Picardie, mutualiser l'expérience et mettre en réseau les acteurs du Micro-Stop sur son territoire d'action et avec d'autres acteurs de Micro-Stop ailleurs en France ou en Europe ; agir pour faire connaître et sensibiliser le grand public comme les institutions au Micro-Stop ; faire ou soutenir la mise en place de systèmes de Micro-Stop ; pour cela « Micro-Stop 59» peut exercer des activités économiques que ce soit par l'exploitation de système physique ou numérique de Micro-Stop, par la vente de produits, la prestation de service ou encore le conseil à la mise en place du Micro-Stop
