agir par tout moyen pour que l'accès aux énergies, eau, gaz et électricité, en tant que ressources vitales, devienne un droit fondamental et qu'à ce titre aucun usager n'en soit privé pour cause d'exclusion ou de précarité ; agir et faire toute intervention auprès des pouvoirs publics pour que ce droit soit reconnu et appliqué sans discriminations ; agir au niveau départemental, régional et national afin d'obtenir l'écriture d'une proposition de loi visant à interdire sur le sol national les coupures d'eau, d'électricité et de gaz pour cause de précarité ; agir contre toute décision de fournisseur d'eau, d'électricité ou de gaz visant à nier ce droit fondamental et qui en priverait des familles pour cause de précarité ou d'exclusion, notamment en rétablissant ou en faisant rétablir l'eau, l'électricité ou le gaz dans les foyers qui en auraient été privés ; agir pour l'augmentation de puissance du maintien d'énergie qui doit permettre les usages domestiques, l'éclairage et le chauffage
