intervenir auprès des familles africaines par la mise en place de rencontres/échanges : permettre aux parents de parler des difficultés rencontrées dans l'éducation de leurs enfants sous le regard de spécialistes (psychologues, thérapeute familial); intervenir dans le milieu éducatif et scolaire pour sensibiliser le personnel enseignant aux réalités culturelles des africains et servir d'interlocuteur en cas de besoins auprès des familles ; intervenir auprès des services sociaux et sanitaires : un travail de terrain et de proximité s'impose, passant nécessairement par des actions concrètes, porter un éclairage sur la culture africaine en mettant en place des journées de sensiblisation, d'information et de formation nécessaire ; intervenir auprès des instances administratives et juridiques, avec la collaboration de certaines associations pour résoudre les difficultés ou conflits existants tout en s'efforçcat de mettre en place le "dialogue permanent" entre la population d'origine africai
