favoriser les échanges entre les membres sur les problématiques communes et les bonnes pratiques, sur l'évolution du métier de dirigeant, des organisations et du secteur social et médico-social ; favoriser les prises de positions concertées, cohérentes voire communes et promouvoir leur prise en compte par les pouvoirs publics et tout autre acteur institutionnel, social ou économique ; relayer auprès de ses membres toutes informations utiles au développement de leurs activités ; organiser des rencontres sur des thématiques intéressant les membres, ouvertes ou non à des participants non membres ; contribuer à la valorisation du métier de dirigeant du secteur social et médico social ; développer les relations avec les écoles de formation des futurs dirigeants ; être un interlocuteur reconnu des pouvoirs publics et de tout autre acteur pouvant contribuer à la réalisation de l'objet de l'association
