aider les usagers à conserver leur bicyclette en bon état de fonctionnement ; basée sur l'aide et l'entraide, l'association pourra renseigner et aider aux réparations courantes le public qui fera la demande (par exemple : réparations de crevaisons, réglages des freins ou passage des vitesses, etc.) ; afin de poursuivre son but, l'association s'attachera à intervenir à la demande : numéro "S.O.S", ou prise de rendez-vous, interventions"sur place", par exemple : à domicile, lieu de travail, parking à vélos, dans la rue ou tout autre endroit approprié ; lors d'évènements "stands" sur la voie publique par exemple : suivant un planning défini, ou stands de façon spontanée, lors de salons évènementiels, concerts, etc. ; le but étant d'améliorer la sécurité, le confort, et le "rendement" de la bicyclette et de son usager dans sa démarche ; promouvoir l'usage du vélo comme moyen de transport personnel, ou utilitaire, comme sport et comme loisir ; développer son activité
