Objet :

promouvoir la scolarisation des enfants tsiganes et autres jeunes en difficulté, en collaboration avec les familles intéressées et les écoles publiques ou privées ; défendre le droit à l'école et, par voie de conséquence, le droit au stationnemnt et au logement des familles ayant des enfants à scolariser ; acquérir ou prendre en location tous meubles et immeubles jugés nécessaires aux fins ci dessus indiqués ; promouvoir et réaliser toutes oeuvres d'éducation populaire, culturelle, sportive, périscolaire et sociale, telles que : voyages, colonies et camps de vacances, ateliers d'expression, de travaux manuels, etc ; organiser le transport des enfants, directement ou indirectement ; établir et entretenir des rapports suivis, dans le cadre des attributions statutaires de chacun d'eux, avec les associations et les organismes publics ou privés exerçant leur action auprès des populations en voie d'adaptation à la société moderne, plus spécialement les tsiganes ; respecter la liberté de conscience et interdire toute discrimination
