améliorer la qualité des séjours des enfants hospitalisés dans les centres hospitaliers de la région nord pas de calais, par l'intervention artistique régulière de clowns et de marchands de sable ; intégrer les parents, la famille, les soignants de manière active et appropriée lors de ces rencontres régulières ; participer activement à la promotion du métier de clown hospitalier, par le biais de formations, d'outils de recherche et de communication, d'information ; mettre nos compétences artistiques au service de manifestations régionales pour la promotion de l'accompagnement des malades et la prévention du cancer ; être un ambassadeur en France et à l'étranger des actions en direction de la santé menées dans la région Nord Pas de Calais
