Objet :

apporter des réponses à caractère éducatif social ou juridique au bénéfice d'enfants, d'adolescents, d'adultes ou de familles qui se trouvent en situation de vulnérabilité et/ou de fragilité ; aider et accompagner des parents dans l'exercice de leur fonction parentale, elle concourt ainsi à travers cette mission d'intérêt général à leur protection et à leur insertion sociale ; pour ce faire, l'association se propose de recourir aux moyens d'actions suivants : mener des réflexions, bâtir des projets, mettre en place tous types d'action à destination des majeurs, des enfants et des familles quelles que soient leurs difficultés ; exercer notamment des mandats de protection judiciaire et administrative des adultes, de l'enfance et des familles ainsi que des actions d'aide à la parentalité, médiation familiale et lieux rencontres ; gérer des services et établissements ; créer, acquérir, administrer par bail ou autrement tous immeubles nécessaires ou utiles à son objet, ainsi que la construction, l'agrandissement, la modification, la modernisation et l'aménagement desdits immeubles
