Objet :

étudier l'organisation et la réalisation pour Tourcoing des fêtes nationales qui célébraient la grandeur de la France, les gloires françaises et de continuer la tradition de la fête nationale de Jeanne d'Arc, qui est à l'origine de la création de l'association ; organiser également des manifestations et fêtes publiques ayant un intérêt local dont l'idée est la bienfaisance, le maintien de coutumes ou de traditions régionales ou locales ; mener toutes actions en faveur du patrimoine ayant trait au renom ou à la promotion de la ville et faire toutes suggestions utiles aux administrations et aux particuliers en ce qui concerne la conservation des souvenirs, l'embellissement des voies ou des bâtiments ; favoriser et patronner des expositions, concours et parutions divers ; contribuer au développement économique de la ville ; organiser des concerts et animations autour du carillon et du musée du carillon
