oeuvrer à la patrimonialisation de la cheminée de la rue Emile Hié à Bailleul et de son environnement en lui faisant bénéficier d'une protection au titre des monuments historiques et au niveau des documents d'urbanisme ;  mener des actions de sensibilisations et des festivités régulières faisant de cette cheminée d'usine le symbole reconnu de l'histoire du travail de Bailleul ; participer à toute réflexion sur l'évolution du site industriel où se trouve cette cheminée d'usine ; établir un lien entre l'association et les anciens par le biais de témoignages
