faciliter l'intégration des personnes exilées, sur la commune de Saint-Avé, et plus largement, sur le territoire du Golfe du Morbihan Vannes agglomération, intégration sociale, économique, culturelle et sportive ; accompagner les personnes exilées dans leurs démarches administratives en concertation étroite avec les organismes spécialisés ; se mettre en lien avec les associations de solidarité accompagnant les personnes exilées ; travailler en coopération avec la municipalité et le centre communal d'action sociale de Saint-Avé pour accueillir et soutenir les personnes exilées ; travailler avec les alvéens et les associations de solidarité de Saint-Avé pour mettre en place une organisation qui réponde à la réalité des situations vécues par les personnes exilées ; s'ouvrir à la diversité des cultures et construire une culture commune ; interpeller les pouvoirs publics au niveau national et au niveau local pour une France ouverte aux personnes exilées
