Objet :

mettre en oeuvre le projet EOF à savoir l'appui au développement communautaire local et autonome du projet OSM, notamment dans les pays francophones du Sud, selon des approches adaptées aux contextes de pauvreté et aux formes d'engagements sociales, solidaires et volontaires de ces pays ; favoriser la conduite et l'accompagnement d'actions centrées sur l'usage du projet OSM, du logiciel libre et de la donnée ouverte dans le champ de l'action humanitaire et de l'aide au développement, en particulier la création, la diffusion et l'utilisation de données cartographiques sous tous supports selon des licences libres compatibles avec la licence du projet OSM ; promouvoir, former, renforcer les capacités, notamment au niveau communautaire, ainsi que mettre en place des dispositifs d'animation OSM dans ces pays via des bourses individuelles ou des budgets d'animation collectifs au bénéfice de structures locales actives autour d'OSM ; favoriser l'information et la sensibilisation à la conception et la mise en oeuvre de prestations de services autour d'OSM, de la géomatique libre et de la donnée ouverte dans un cadre d'économie sociale et solidaire (ESS)
