apporter son concours à l'étude de l'amélioration de la protection sociale des personnes en situation de précarité et favoriser, par tous moyens, leur accès aux soins ; promouvoir le développement de l'assurance maladie complémentaire auprès de ces populations, notamment en souscrivant des contrats d'assurance collective leur proposant la couverture la plus adaptée et susceptible de leur donner droit à l'aide à la complémentaire santé conformément à la législation et à la réglementation en vigueur ; organiser des campagnes d'information et de sensibilisation entrant dans son objet ; réaliser ponctuellement et gracieusement des opérations de solidarité, après examen par le conseil d'administration de la situation sociale ou économique des adhérents en difficulté demandeurs d'un secours ; engager et participer à toutes actions de prévention en matière de santé à destination des ses membres
