fédérer les crêpiers qui ont passé avec succès l'audit externe de contrôle de qualité lié aux exigences des critères et des valeurs, en application du référentiel Crêperies Gourmandes, et ont été agréés par le comité de labellisation, assurer la promotion et la valorisation de la marque collective Crêperies Gourmandes®, propriété de la Fédération régionale des Pays touristiques de Bretagne, travailler à l'amélioration de la démarche des Crêperies Gourmandes par des actions régulières et suivies, de manière plus générale, inciter les professionnels à l'effort nécessaire, à l'amélioration de la qualité dans une dynamique de développement durable, à la valorisation des produits du terroir utilisés en lien avec les producteurs régionaux, à la promotion et la mise en oeuvre d'actions collectives dans l'intérêt de ses membres
