créer, proposer, animer des actions dans les domaines artistique, socioculturel et éducatif en Bretagne, partout en France et à l'étranger ; promouvoir l'éducation populaire, créer et développer un espace artistique d'oralité, d'écriture, d'expression corporelle et de musicalité pour tous, favoriser la transmission intergénérationnelle, interculturelle ; respecter l'éthique et l'état d'esprit du SLAM à toutes les étapes de la création et de l'organisation des divers événements, à savoir accueil bienveillant de la singularité identitaire (socioculturelle) et artistique et accessibilité artistique ; promouvoir l'oralité sous toutes ses formes, favoriser la diversité artistique en encourageant les projets interdisciplinaires, la rencontre entre l'oralité et d'autres disciplines artistiques, coopérer avec d'autres associations, structures, collectifs ou groupements dans le respect de l'éthique et l'état d'esprit explicité initialement ; contribuer au développement, à la promotion et à la diffusion de toutes créations et initiatives issues du mouvement SLAM ; promouvoir l'édition de textes, de recueils de poésie, de références pédagogiques et culturelles, la créativité artistique, en développant une campagne de communication via les médias et sur internet face à des professionnels ou à des amateurs sur l'actualité de l'Association et ses projets futurs
