participer à la cohésion du mouvement en regroupant les fédérations Admr adhérentes pour coordonner leur action et leur réflexion au plan de la région et en assurant une liaison entre les fédérations et l'Union nationale ; assurer la représentation tant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur de l'Admr au plan régional ;élaborer tout projet concernant les activités et le financement des associations ou fédérations de son ressort géographique entrant dans le champ des compétences légales des conseils régionaux et d'une façon générale de l'échelon administratif régional (formation, santé, ressources humaines, etc) et de se doter des moyens correspondant à ses objectifs
