Objet :

promotion et production de spectacles et de l'art Africain en général, la production d'artistes, la création de spectacles, l'événementiel, en Afrique, en Europe et dans le monde entier ; elle vise à faire connaître l'art Africain à travers des chants des danses, des contes, par la vente d'objets en tout genre (tableaux, vêtements, bijoux) des musiques, elle présente aussi le mode de vie des autochtones tel qu'il leur a été transmis au cours des siècles dans le but de faire connaître et de sauvegarder les cultures d'Afrique ; cette diffusion de l'environnement Africain est aussi le moyen de participer au développement des pays d'Afrique conformément à l'article L442-7 du code du commerce
