rassembler la communauté rwandaise vivant dans le grand ouest du territoire français, créer pour ces rwandais, un cadre d'échange et de convivialité afin de pouvoir perpétuer même à l'étranger, l'esprit patriotique et la fierté d'être "UMUNYARWANDA", faire connaître, notamment par l'organisation des activités culturelles et par la diffusion de l'information, le Rwanda et la culture rwandaise, initier et coordonner des actions de solidarité destinées au Rwanda, organiser des mini-foires économiques en vue de faire connaître le Rwanda et ses produits mais aussi collecter des fonds qui serviront à financer nos actions vers le Rwanda, honorer et participer aux actions de devoir de mémoire, combattre le négationnisme et le divisionnisme
