mettre en place par la volonté commune des formations artistiques musicales Le Chat Noir et Vent Pire ; la boîte du Chat est un projet de production artistique mutualisé, il a pour objet la mise en relation, et l'organisation de tout événement, atelier, ou sortie à vocation sociale, culturelle ou sportive non contraire à la législation en vigueur ; l'association s'autorise l'ouverture d'un lieu réservé à ses adhérents, où elle pourra, en plus de ses activités habituelles, proposer un service de boissons, de petite restauration et l'accès à un studio de répétition ; elle participe également au suivi de formations artistiques, compagnies ou artistes indépendants souhaitant être assistés dans la promotion et la diffusion de leurs oeuvres ; elle pourra également exercer la profession d'entrepreneur de spectacle et s'autorise la production et la vente de tout support artistique matériel et immatériel
