fédérer des association du Blosne autour de thèmes porteurs comme la pratique artistique et sportive, la mémoire, la transmission entre les générations, la citoyenneté, la diversité sociale et culturelle, la lutte contre les discriminations, l'égalité de traitement, l'écologie et le développement durable, l'initiative économique et sociale, etc. ; assurer la promotion de la diversité en accueillant un public le plus large possible par le biais du soutien scolaire, de l'orientation, d'animations, de formations, d'ateliers, d'expositions, de conférences, etc. ; favoriser le travail sur la prise de conscience des potentialités qu'ont les habitants des quartiers lorsqu'ils sont organisés et décidés ) se prendre en main ; travailler au développement des partenariats avec les associations du Blosne et des autres régions de l'hexagone qui militent dans notre champ d'intervention, en s'inscrivant dans des dispositifs publics dont ceux liés à la politique de la ville ;
