promouvoir l'apprentissage de la langue et la culture turques dès la sixième (classe bilangue : dispositif ouvert à tout futur élève de 6è désireux d'étudier cette langue très différente de celles apprises habituellement en Europe) dans la cité scolaire "Emile Zola" ; mettre en place des actions pour valoriser, pérenniser cet enseignement ainsi que le faire connaître et permettre sont développement ; accompagner des projets pédagogiques ou ludiques pour les élèves, des échanges linguistiques et culturels et organiser des fêtes, des manifestations et des ventes au sein et en dehors de l'établissement
