Objet :

fédérer les associations régionales engagées dans la démarche "groupes qualité" dans le cadre d'une organisation territoriale de proximité, promouvoir la démarche "groupes qualité", valoriser et défendre le concept "groupes qualité", accompagner les structures régionales dans leur démarche d'amélioration de la qualité des soins individuelle et collective, représenter au niveau national, négocier avec les instances nationales concernées des moyens nécessaires à la mise en oeuvre des différents programmes. Cependant, l'association n'a pas vocation à se substituer aux associations régionales pour la gestion du financement des projets
