aider et de soutenir les activités de l'organisation non gouvernementale "BSDA - Buddhism and Social Developpement Association" située à Kompong Cham au Cambodge, (#05, street 07, Nokor Bachey temple, Ampli village) représenté par son directeur, le Vénérable Vandong Thorn dont les objectifs sont de venir en aide aux enfants pauvres, orphelins, enfants des rues par des actions éducatives et d'apprentissage de métiers, par des actions de sensibilisation sur la santé, l'hygiène et de venir en aide au plus pauvres des pauvres en ouvrant un orphelinat, aux fins de réalisation de cet objectif, l'association fera connaître les actions BSDA en France, récoltera des dons destinés à l'entretien des enfants très pauvres et aux actions éducatives, soutiendra l'orphelinat, développera le parrainage
