faire découvrir et initier les enfants de 0 à 12 ans, à une langue étrangère ou régionale, par des jeux, chansons ou tout autre support pédagogique et ludique adapté à leur âge : pendant les heures peri-scolaires et dans les locaux des écoles pour les enfants en maternelle et en élémentaire ; en journée, pendant le temps de garde ou avec les parents dans les lieux d'accueil de la petite enfance pour les enfants en âge préscolaire ; aucune langue n'est prédominante sur les autres et n'est enseignée de façon prioritaire ; la constitution d'un groiupe suffisamment nombreux ou encore la qualité du projet pédagogique proposé par un intervenant ou porté par l'association déterminé l'ouverture d'une langue pour l'année scolaire ; il n'y a pas d'objectir de réussite ou de performance, le plaisir des enfants qui participent à cette activité de loisirs et la découverte d'autres cultures sont recherchés
