créer et diffuser une offre artistique innovante et vivante mêlant art multimédia et art vivant, tout au long des côtes finistériennes dans un premier temps, puis tout le littoral du Golfe de Gascogne ; prenant la forme d'un festival estival combinant arts numériques et arts vivants, l'évènement que l'association "Les Vents Porteurs" met en oeuvre un double objectif : organiser une tournée d'une à deux journées de spectacles par escale (festival itinérant), soutenir les arts numériques et le réseau des artistes locaux en proposant des résidences à des petites compagnies d'art vivant pour parvenir à s'autofinancer ; les vents porteurs proposent à compter d'octobre à mars, du coaching pour des transatlantiques en famille, formation à bord, à la navigation, scolarité, aspects logistiques et administratifs, accompagnement d'un équipier si souhait de la famille, réaliser dans le cadre de commandes ou partenariat des récits vidéos ou écrits pour des particuliers ou des professionnels
