Objet :

rassembler régulièrement des ornithologues : spécialistes reconnus au niveau international, chercheurs, bagueurs, amateurs, débutants et toute personne intéressée, pour proposer une information approfondie et permettre la diffusion de l'état des recherches concernant les espèces sélectionnées d'oiseaux ; ces oiseaux sont choisis parce qu'ils sont observables localement ou ailleurs et présentent un intérêt particulier ; des actions seront organisées tout au long de l'année sous différentes formes : initiations, formations, sorties, interventions auprès des scolaires, débats, expositions ou autres ; un colloque, animé par des spécialistes reconnus au niveau international, sera prévu chaque année en septembre afin de mutualiser les connaissances, faire le point sur des questions particulières locales, informer le public et les décideurs des collectivités territoriales sur ces espèces choisies en rapport avec la biologie de la conservation et la gestion de la biodiversité
