constituer un groupe de soutien, de réflexion, de proposition et d'action sur la commune de Loctudy ; soutien des élus du conseil municipal de Loctudy, qui sont soit dans le groupe de la majorité municipale ou soit dans le groupe de l'opposition municipale, et membres de l'association ; promouvoir des actions et expériences de développement local et en particulier des projets et processus fondés sur la participation des habitants et de toute partie prenante impliquée en tant qu'auteur et acteur ; favoriser la mise en réseau et l'échange ; mettre à disposition des compétences pour les porteurs d'initiatives locales ; contribuer activement au développement et au rayonnement économique, social et culturel de la commune ; préparer les échéances électorales municipales
