prendre solidairement sa part dans l'accueil et l'accompagnement des personnes de nationalité étrangère ou apatrides , réfugiés ou migrants à l'échelle du Pays de Morlaix ; collaborer avec les collectivités, institutions, associations, collectifs et personnes qui œuvrent pour l'accès au droit au séjour, droit au travail, à l'alimentation, à la santé, aux soins, à l'éducation et à la citoyenneté pour ces personnes ; impulser des initiatives qui permettent que les personnes soient entendues, comprises et soutenues tant au niveau de leur vie personnelle que sociale ; permettre l'accès à un hébergement temporaire ou à un logement plus pérenne des personnes qui en sont exclues ; établir des partenariats avec les collectivités locales, les structures d’hébergement et propriétaires privés qui peuvent mettre à disposition des logements ; constituer une force d'interpellation des pouvoirs publics et collectivités afin que leurs accès aux droits fondamentaux soient respectés
