Objet :

maintien et amélioration du programme de dépistage néonatal systématique de l'audition en Finistère, en assurant notamment la pérennité au-delà de ses financements FAQSV initiaux par un financement "réseau" (dotation régionale de développement des réseaux), en collaboration avec le réseau régional ; amélioration de la prise en charge médico-sociale des personnes sourdes réhabilitées au moyen de l'implantation cochléaire, ou susceptibles de l'être ; cette amélioration passe notamment par la coordination des différents actes des personnels médicaux, paramédicaux et techniques concernés aux différentes étapes de la procédure d'évaluation initiale (bilan pré implantatoire) et du suivi (adaptation des réglages et évaluation des résultats post implantatoires) ; création d'un réseau de coordination ouvert au plus grand nombre possible de professionnels régionaux (libéraux, salariés des secteurs privé et public) impliqués à divers titres dans la prise en charge des personnes sourdes, afin d'améliorer l'efficacité de cette prise en charge en facilitant le transfert d'informations entre les professionnels
