regroupe des artistes/créateurs/photographes/plasticiens pour mettre en commun les compétences de ses membres ; encourager ses membres à l'accomplissement de leurs projets par l'entraide et l'échange ; oeuvrer pour la promotion, la production, l'expression, les rencontres artistiques ; favoriser les échanges avec d'autres associations et groupements du même type ; organiser l'élaboration, la mise en oeuvre et la promotion de projets artistiques ; promouvoir la défense de la création, des créateurs, plasticiens ; organiser des évènements, culturels, artistiques et insolites toujours en rapport avec la création ; favoriser, développer, valoriser et promouvoir dans les arts plastiques, créatifs, photographiques ; participer à la vie de la collectivité territoriale en menant des actions culturelles, artistiques, éducatives, sociales et ce à travers les activités suivantes :  expositions, animations d'ateliers, rencontres et échanges artistiques, ateliers itinérants, performances d'artistes, évènements à buts promotionnels et financiers, créations de supports
