développer en conformité avec le règlement intérieur les activités liées à l'émission d'amateur, à la recherche radioélectrique, à l'étude du réchauffement climatique et son effet atmosphérique, aux expéditions radioélectriques, la promotion de l'émission d'amateur de son patrimoine et de son avenir et la communication de celle-ci ; organiser des expéditions liées aux sciences, aux technologies, à l'environnement et toutes activités associées ; promouvoir celles-ci auprès des élus des médias et des entreprises ; participer à la promotion auprès des jeunes et de ses membres ; assurer les relations avec des jeunes, des étudiants, des chercheurs et des associations ; créer un lien avec des clubs et associations passionnés par des activités similaires ; participer au développement d'activités entre la jeunesse et la découverte technologique et scientifique ceci en liaison avec les instances nationales et internationales
