promouvoir la gastronomie de la Polynésie Française et de la France ; réaliser des échanges entre professionnels pour développer aussi bien en France qu'en Polynésie des connaissances culinaires mutuelles à valeur ajoutée ; être un club d'amitié et donc de soutien aux initiatives qui vont dans le sens de la promotion des gastronomies des 2 entités ; réaliser une fois par an un dîner en France ou en Polynésie dont les recettes pourront aider à servir une cause sociale ; réaliser un guide de la gastronomie Polynésienne ; l'association aura une activité commerciale de vente de produits promotionnels et pourra organiser des soirées avec repas payants
