Objet :

apporter une aide matérielle substantielle à l'école Malgache du primaire au secondaire dont l'organisation est calquée sur le modèle Français, cela va du matériel optique, informatique, didactique, aux livres d'élèves dont ils sont démunis ; à la demande des collectivités territoriales malgaches intervenir pour réaliser des structures éducatives comme des établissements scolaires là où les enfants en sont privés ou de réhabiliter des structures existantes délabrées ou ayant subi les assauts du temps comme les cyclones tropicaux ; enfin permettre à des enfants d'âge scolaire de fréquenter les écoles existantes et qui n'en ont pas les moyens financiers de les aider en se substituant à la famille dans la pauvreté en payant leur scolarité
